Alex is a birth and postpartum doula whose work is deeply rooted in intuition, empathy, and presence. She is an energy worker who brings this into work and her everyday life. A mother of two—Brian (6) and Isla (almost 4)—everything she does is guided by love for her children and a deep desire to nurture and support others through the journey of motherhood. As a motherless mother, Alex brings a unique depth and softness to her care, holding space with tenderness, strength, and unwavering compassion. You can often find her on afternoon walks or at the park with her little ones (and usually a few extras in tow!), soaking in nature and connection.
